Rise lays down the law on a new website for case management software gurus at Prevail.

Prevail’s case management software was developed to provide law firms with the organization and efficiency they need to keep on task and on time with their busy schedules. With their efforts so diligently focused on providing the best legal case management company in existence, the job at hand was obvious — Create a magnificent website that conveys the same message, and sells Prevail as the top-choice for law firms nationwide. As part of our endeavor to recreate their new online presence we:

• Updated the information architecture. Navigation labels on the old site were confusing, and specific information difficult to track down.
• Implemented a visual refresh, taking the core of the existing brand and evolving it into a more eye-catching final product.
• Created a site-wide conversion strategy that aims to get site visitors requesting software demonstrations.
• Took all user segments into account through the use of personas, including existing users with support and training needs.

While we never close a case, we’ve successfully developed and executed Prevail into cyberspace. Their professional design and empirical UX is unparalleled in their industry, and is sure to attract, retain, and convert their target market.
